The captured revision 14799 places ordinary gifting in Heartlink → Mail. Current-build compatibility has not been tested.

1. Open Heartlink → Mail.
2. Select the exact recipient form.
3. Check the displayed gift reaction and remaining allowance, then confirm the gift.

How gift reactions affect affinity

Under the captured rules, a blue gift has 150 base affinity and a yellow gift has 500. A preferred reaction multiplies affinity by 1.5, giving 225 for blue or 750 for yellow. A neutral reaction gives the base amount; a disliked reaction multiplies it by 0.8.

The gift database lists a limit of ten gifts per character per day. A separate historical observation found that an invitation gift did not use the Mail gifting allowance. Check the current screen’s remaining allowance.
